What if I am having problems with sign previews?

This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer. If you are having problems with sign previews, try deleting your browser's cookies

Q Hole information? How do I submit the specifications of how I would like the holes drilled on my signs?
A:
Standard holes are listed on the order page. If you would like custom holes drilled please include this information in the “comments” section when ordering the signs. (If you have the name and phone number of your installer you can supply that information also.) Additional charges may apply.

Q What if I don’t want the sign exactly as it is shown in the preview window, or can't get it to look exactly the way I want it?
A:
Include any alterations in the “comments” section when ordering the signs. An email with the corrected layout will be sent to you for final approval. Artwork charges may apply for custom layouts or excessive changes.

Q How do photos need to be submitted?
A:
Please follow these guidelines:

Send a 5”x7” photo or larger to ensure the best quality reproduction on your signs If sending via email, please send as a 5”x7”, high resolution, in .jpeg or .bmp format. (In our experience, photo quality on signs is generally better if scanned from an original photo). Color photos can be converted to black and white; however, color photos are required for color photo signs. All photos are returned to our clients after the signs are produced.

Q How long will it take to get my order?
A:
Most stock items ship by the next business day. Custom orders and personalized signs ship within 7 business days from receipt of the signed final approval. Rush orders can be requested (upon availability) at an additional charge of 25% of the total order. Rush orders ship within 4 business days upon receipt of your final approval.

Q Why is text not displaying properly on my sign preview or the site's navigation?
A:
This site is intended to be viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or later. Customers viewing the site with web browsers other than Internet Explorer or on Apple Macintosh computers may experience information displaying incorrectly.
